This desert is very simple and equally good as a breakfast option
Pour your chilled coconut cream into a bowl. Beat with an electric beater until thickened. Add icing sugar and vanilla essence. Add chopped strawberries, stir through.
1 can coconut cream, chilled in fridge for a couple of hours*
2 tsp icing sugar*
1 tsp vanilla essence*
1 punnet of strawberries, diced
