THAI BEEF SALAD

This dish is great for summer. Fresh and spicy.

Method

Brush the meat with olive oil and fry to your liking, medium rare is best. Rest for at least ten minutes before slicing.

Toss salad ingredients together. Add beef and dressing just before serving. Add rice or noodles as desired.

Ingredients

400g beef

Olive oil*

Large handful salad greens 

2 small red onions, finely sliced 

10 kaffir lime leaves, finely sliced*

2 chilli, de seeded and shredded 

Handful coriander, chopped 

Handful mint, chopped*

Handful basil, chopped 

For the dressing 

1 tsp soy sauce*

2 Tbsp fish sauce*

2 Tbsp lime juice*

2 Tbsp brown sugar*
