Pizzas can be as fancy or fresh as you like. We have used some good quality ingredients so simple is best.


Preheat the oven to highest setting using only the bottom element only if you can.

Turn the pizza dough onto a floured surface and flatten slightly with a rolling pin.

Carefully push out any air to the edge of the dough. Stretch the dough out on all sides until it is the desired thickness (there should be enough dough to make one large pizza).

Place the dough on baking paper and top with the tomato, red onion and pizzarella.

Place the baking paper on the bottom of the oven and cook for a few minutes until the bottom of the pizza is brown and the top has puffed up.


Punnet of cherry tomatoes

2 Tbsp basil leaves

Pizzarella, sliced

1/2 red onion, very finely sliced

1 ball Med Foods pizza dough
